Base Plan
If you already have product suppliers but need support with China-based quality assurance and logistics, our basic sourcing services plan is a great fit.
For long-term, high-volume orders, our service fees can be as low as 3-5%, with a $100 minimum fee (negotiated separately).
The final commission percentage depends on order size, complexity of the process, and required follow-up. We aim to provide customized solutions, not just fixed commissions.
- Contact your designated suppliers in your name to follow up on orders and manage delivery logistics, without negotiating on pricing.
- Handle payments to suppliers on your behalf in RMB, USD, or any currency needed.
- Gather and consolidate your goods from various suppliers into shared containers for more affordable bundled shipping.
- Count and confirm order quantities, and check product labels, for goods from each of your suppliers.
- Assist with returning incorrectly labeled goods to sellers and requesting re-shipment of orders with quantity issues.
- Offer 20 days of free warehouse usage in China for your products before loading to the container..

With this end-to-end plan, you get full support from product development through delivery. We will assist you in finding the ideal supplier in China, obtaining quotes, and providing manufacturing solutions.

- Labels Design: Well-designed labels enable workers and end-users to identify products, while customized branding promotes recognition and reinforces your company image.
- Customized Products: Tailoring goods to customer specifications creates unique items, promotes brand loyalty, and provides competitive differentiation in the marketplace.
- Production Follow-up: Closely monitoring manufacturing processes and adhering to quality control protocols ensures on-time delivery of defect-free products that meet specifications.
- Free Photography: As an e-commerce buyer or business owner, we can provide up to 3 high-quality white background product photos ready for uploading to Amazon or other online retail platforms.
- Quality Inspection: We inspect random product samples upon arrival, contact suppliers to resolve quality issues, and fix defects when possible before shipment from our China warehouse.
- Free Warehouse: Get 30 days free warehousing in China before delivery, then continue using our warehouses at $10/CBM/month after your main service plan’s free period ends.
- Door delivery: We offer direct-to-door shipping and final mile delivery services, safely transporting your products from our facility directly to your customers’ homes or businesses.
