Have a Look at Some of Construction Materials
Quality construction relies on utilizing the right materials suited for each application, such as AEP board, chipboard, MDF board, and plywood board which provide sturdy and workable surfaces. Laminated and tempered glass along with one-way perspective glass allow visibility while maintaining safety and security. Aluminum profiles create durable and weather-resistant window and door systems. Edge banding strips produce smooth finishes on furniture and fixtures. Craft glass enables creative designs. With careful selection and installation of materials like these and more, buildings and products can be manufactured to meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

AEP Board
AEP (Aviation Energy-saving Composite Panel) Board are made of polystyrene particles as the main material. After being preheated and foamed into particles, they are stirred together with fireproof materials, poured into a machine and heated for secondary foaming, and then double-sided aluminum cladding. As an innovative new composite material for fire protection, heat preservation and weather resistance in buildings, it is easy to process and construct, and is suitable for curtain walls of high-end buildings, such as airports, stations, train carriages, automobile panels, industrial plants, etc.
Chipboard
Chipboard is an engineered wood product made by pressing together wood chips, sawdust, or shavings using adhesive resins. While affordable and versatile, chipboard is less strong than plywood. It is commonly used in furniture, packaging, and construction in varieties like particleboard and oriented strand board. To minimize harmful formaldehyde emissions, chipboard comes in E2, E1, E0, and ENF grades, with E1 containing low emissions, E0 virtually zero, and ENF utilizing natural binders for negligible fumes. Overall, chipboard provides practical, inexpensive wood products with options for lowered emissions.
MDF Board
MDF or medium-density fiberboard is made by pressing fine wood powder into dense, uniform panels using resin adhesives. Unlike natural wood, MDF resists warping and accepts finishes well. Ordinary MDF contains formaldehyde, so environmentally-friendly MDF is produced using adhesives free of harmful substances. The smooth, durable MDF provides a lower-cost alternative to solid wood for furniture, cabinets, flooring, and interior walls, especially as a substrate for laminates. Environmentally friendly MDF avoids formaldehyde exposure while retaining MDF’s versatility.
Plywood Board
Plywood is made by laminating thin wood veneers in alternating directions, yielding exceptional strength. Widely used in furniture, construction, and packaging, plywood comes in grades based on veneer quality. E0 plywood emits virtually no formaldehyde while E1 and E2 contain low to moderate emissions. ENF plywood uses non-toxic binders for negligible emissions. Specifying these grades provides durable, versatile plywood panels with reduced environmental and health impacts from harmful fumes.
Craft Glass
Wired craft glass artfully integrates thin metal wires into molten glass to create decorative patterns, textures, and visual results in glass objects. The delicate wisps or mesh lend unique artistic elements that skilled glassblowers can customize. Wired glass also has industrial applications, providing security, fire resistance, and stability for glass walls and windows in high-end buildings including hotels, airports, high-rises, and stations. Blending artisanal craft with functional performance, wired glass makes a distinctive design statement in both decorative objects and architecture. The wire gives glass structural and aesthetic qualities not achievable otherwise.
Laminated Glass
Laminated glass is a type of safety glass constructed by bonding two or more sheets of glass to a plastic interlayer, typically made of polyvinyl butyral (PVB). The PVB holds the glass layers together if shattered, preventing dangerous fragments from dispersing. Laminated glass is impact and heat resistant, and protects against UV radiation. It is used when safety is a priority, in applications including automobile windshields, skylights, hurricane-prone buildings, and other glass architecture. The plastic interlayer can also give laminated glass sound dampening qualities and security features. Recent innovations include digitally printable and self-tinting interlayers. Laminated glass provides durability and safety not achievable with ordinary glass.
One-way Perspective Glass
One-way Perspective Glass has a specialized film laminated between two panels of glass. From one side, the glass provides full transparency, while from the other side, it functions like a mirror with only hazy silhouettes visible. This one-way visibility makes perspective glass ideal for applications needing privacy combined with openness like corporate office partitions or medical waiting rooms. The mirrored side also creates an appealing reflective aesthetic. Perspective glass panels come in various tints and can be customized to specified sizes and colors. As an architectural feature, perspective glass from Kingrail generates visual interest while maintaining discretion.
Edge Banding Strip
Edge Banding Strips are thin veneers, typically made of wood, laminate, or PVC, that are applied to conceal and finish the exposed edges of materials like plywood, particle board, and MDF. The edging creates a uniform look on all sides for a seamless appearance. Edge banding is adhered with hot melt glue then trimmed flush. It provides a durable, aesthetically pleasing border that masks imperfections. Edge banding gives a complete, finished look to products like furniture, countertops, and shelving while protecting edges from damage.
Aluminum Profile
Our Aluminum Profile systems are engineered for strength, durability, and design flexibility in building and construction applications. Customizable aluminum extrusions create stable, weather-resistant windows, doors, railings, exterior paneling and more. Modular components allow seamless integration into diverse architectural designs. With complete customization options and reliable performance, our Aluminum Profiles enable innovative and functional construction projects.
